Mutton Paya or Aatukal Paya is an exotic curry from the Chettinad cuisine made with goat legs. The term paya means legs, and the main ingredients of the dish are cow, goat, buffalo or sheep legs. The dish is usually served with idiyappam, appam and dosa. Mutton paya is a breakfast dish.
