Murgh tandoori the name itself explains the dish quite well. Murgh tandoori is a dish where the chichen is first marinated with spices and yoghurt. Once the margination is done the dish is cooked in a tandoor. A tandoor is a cylindrical shaped oven made up of clay. Each chicken piece is skewered in a rod and placed into the tandoor for roasting. Once the chicken is cooked the color of the dish appears to be fiery red it is served with coriander chutney and naan. The dish is a starter and is almost famous in all the parts of the world.
